PAYMENT
Willow Women’s Health is a direct care practice, which means we are not credentialed with any insurance providers. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and cash for your convenience. Payment is due prior to appointment.

While we do not bill insurance for our services, insurance may still be used for labs, imaging, and prescriptions ordered through outside facilities.

Please note: Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide direct care services to individuals enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid plans—even if you wish to self-pay.

SUPERBILL
Patients may request a superbill to send to insurance for reimbursement, and the reimbursement amount will depend on your insurance plan. To determine what you will receive, we recommend asking your insurance plan about your out-of-network reimbursement rate.

REIMBURSEMENT
You can directly submit your superbills to your insurance or opt to use Reimbursify, a hassle-free platform that simplifies the submission process. We are committed to making your experience with us as seamless as possible.

New Patients

Initial visit

Initial evaluation for perimenopause and menopause care; metabolic and longevity health (including weight, thyroid, insulin resistance, cholesterol, and blood pressure concerns); sexual medicine; and gynecologic conditions.

For current Willow Women’s Health patients who established care before 2026 and were seen at least once in 2025.
Follow up visits

45 - 60 Minutes

Follow up visits provide ongoing care for established patients.

Annual visits are designed for established patients and include a review of symptoms, renewal of medications such as hormone therapy, contraception, or other ongoing treatments, and a physical exam with labs, as indicated

Are you a new or returning patient ?

Things to know before booking an appointment:

  • Willow Women’s Health does NOT accept any insurance plans.
  • Payment for your visit must be received upon booking or your appointment is subject to cancellation. You will receive a payment link via text or email after booking.
  • All digital paperwork must be completed prior to the day of appointment. Links to paperwork will be sent to you.
  • A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No show and late cancellation fees apply.
