Willow Women’s Health is a direct care women’s health practice located in Westerville, Ohio, serving patients throughout Ohio via in-person visits and telehealth. We specialize in midlife, perimenopause, menopause, hormone optimization, metabolic health and medical weight loss, sexual health, sexual medicine, and trauma-informed gynecologic care.

As a direct care practice, we are not credentialed with insurance companies. This allows for unhurried visits, direct access to your provider, and highly personalized care.

Insurance may still be used for labs (including cytology and pathology), imaging, and prescriptions ordered through outside facilities.

Please note: Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide direct care services to individuals enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, even if you wish to self-pay.

New Patient Appointment

Initial Consultation: $300
Payment is due at the time of appointment booking.

Your first visit is a comprehensive, in-depth consultation focused on understanding your health history, current concerns, and goals. This visit includes:

• Detailed review of symptoms and medical history
• Evidence-based discussion of treatment options
• Shared decision-making and individualized care planning
• Preventive, longevity, and whole-person midlife care

This visit also provides an opportunity to determine whether Willow Women’s Health and our membership care model are the right fit for your needs.

Membership is not required to schedule your first visit and is discussed only after you have met your provider and reviewed your treatment plan.

Membership Care at Willow Women’s Health

Willow Women’s Health primarily operates on a membership-based care model because midlife, menopause, hormone, sexual health, sexual medicine, and metabolic concerns are rarely resolved in a single visit. These areas of care require time, continuity, and a trusted partnership.

Membership care is designed for patients who want more than episodic, visit-only care.

Membership Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and ACH payments.

Beginning in 2026, HSA/FSA cards may be used for membership fees depending on individual plan eligibility.

Discounted pricing is available for:

• Quarterly payments
• Semi-annual payments
• Annual payments

Fee-for-Service Visits

Willow Women’s Health also offers fee-for-service visits for concerns that can be safely and appropriately addressed with one to two visits per year and do not require ongoing management or between-visit support.

Fee-for-Service Is Appropriate For:

Preventive and Routine Gynecologic Care

• Annual trauma-informed gynecologic visits
• Pelvic exams and Pap smears
• Breast exams with counseling and imaging orders
• STI screening and counseling
• Well-woman visits without complex or chronic conditions

Contraception-Focused Care

• Annual contraception visits
• Contraceptive counseling
• Initiation or renewal of pills, patch, ring, or injection
• Nexplanon insertion or removal
• Emergency contraception counseling

Gynecologic Procedures

• IUD insertion or removal
• Endometrial biopsy
• Vulvar or vaginal biopsy

Focused Gynecologic Evaluations

• Abnormal uterine bleeding
• Vulvovaginal symptoms (discharge, irritation, infection)

Preconception and Family Planning

• One-time preconception counseling
• Fertility planning without ongoing management

Administrative or Consultative Visits

• Second-opinion gynecologic consults
• Records review with written recommendations only

Fee-for-Service Pricing

$300 per visit
Payment is due at the time of appointment booking.

Important Fee-for-Service Limitations

Fee-for-service visits do not include:

• Hormone therapy or hormone optimization
• Sexual medicine evaluation or treatment
• Metabolic care or medical weight loss
• Between-visit messaging, follow-up, or care coordination

Patients seeking menopause care, hormone optimization, sexual health/medicine treatment, or metabolic and weight management are best served through the membership care model.

Superbills & Reimbursement
